Hi, I am wondering did anyone have to pay ridiculous fees to sell something to send it to a different country? Paypal is telling me I have to pay fees of like 720 euro which I will get credited back to my account. Has anyone done this before or is it a scam? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am owed money but I don't want to be scammed out of anymore money.

Its a 100% SCAM, sellers NEVER pay fees upfront to receive paypal payments.

He would tell you to do it NOT via paypal as he probably doesn't even have a paypal account.

Any fee is deducted by paypal when your buyer pays and the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.
