Money I sent2days ago has not reach the receiver's account

I have sent to My brothers daughter before many times. But 3days ago I sent her. She informed It has not reached her account. . So I claimed refund. Then I again I sent her 2days ago a same amount. It has not reach ed her upto now.

Has she changed her email address or phone number since you last sent? Or has she got some limitations on her account recently imposed?
