I bought an item off a seller on eBay but Evri have lost/stolen it. Seller has provided evidence of correct package being sent but I received something else. Evri are refusing to cooperate. Can I get a refund through PayPal without it coming out of the sellers pocket?

Hello @Stuboyo

Welcome to the PayPal Help Community and thanks for posting here!

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your purchase. If there's a problem, PayPal purchase protection policy covers the payment and helps you to get refund if certain requirements are met. Once you dispute the transaction, PayPal will review the case and decide if you're eligible for a refund. For the receipt of a Significantly Not as Described item, we will generally require the buyer to return the item to the seller at the buyer's expense and then provide Viewable Online Proof of Delivery to process the refund. If you want to get the refund, shipping company, you have to contact that shipping support to file the case in order to get the refund.

Hope this information helps,

Bindu
