Made a business account and it was immediately permanently limited

I just made my business account on PayPal and for some reason, I was having difficulties from the start. I had to authenticate my email multiple times before PayPal recognized it and then when I wanted to lift the account limitation by uploading a photo ID it immediately told me "You can't use PayPal anymore". I have no idea what happened. I haven't even done anything with my account yet and made it a couple of minutes ago.

Any help is appreciated. If I try to message them, it's the PayPal Assistant who is only available and is of no use.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
