I made a purchase on Macys.com in December and used PayPal to pay. Macys.com will provide a partial refund due to a pricing error but they claim they can't make a refund using Paypal and are asking me to email a photo of a credit card and will post the refund there.
This seems very odd and unsafe to me. Has anyone had a similar experience?
