I was wondering why my friends account has been under review for over a year. Especially when he does not even know why his account is froze. Nobody will tell him what it's about. He really liked PayPal and thought it was a wonderful app. And then 1 day they locked his account up. There is never anything inthe resolution center for him to fix. It's a real bummer a good man is shunned and condemned for no apparent reason. So he just wants to know how long does it take for his innocence to be addressed. That's all!

Everyone who posts on here about being limited always says that they had broken no rules. However Paypal do not ban you for 0 reason. What would be the point? They make far more money from you using your Paypal account than interest on any held money or stopping someone using their services.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
