Hello so today i got this message and idk what to do when I log in it wants me to provide receipts I don't understand it please help.

So, as a seller you a more responsible for your account and your data.

It is OK by now.

Log in and provide Paypal team the scans / copies / documents they need to review. Takes about a week or sooner.

 

Your account is really locked at this time. Temporarily locked.

They told me i need to provide receipt but i dont have any its a virtual item i do a challange on buyers account so he gets the item and nobody bought it and i deleted it like a week ago.

Virtual items do not covered by buyer protection program.

Now it is all up to PayPal and buyer to decide about the chargeback if something was really suspicious. They can do that.

And possibly they will.

There is buyer protection for virtual items !!!

Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
