I received a notification message in my inbox saying that I requested a LOAN from PayPal? It was denied - thank God! But what the hell? PayPal is really becoming an untrustworthy and unreliable company. FULL of SCAM opportunities and bogus emails. I have a case opened due to a SCAM company in CHINA that sent phony items in the mail. Let's hope PayPal steps up to the plate and refunds my money. Until then - WHAT is this message regarding a LOAN!? It came in through my PayPal notifications - not a hoax email. Thanks.
