I received a transfer from relatives to an unverified account and the PayPal system restricted it. Now these funds are blocked: neither the relative can cancel the transfer, nor can I withdraw or return it. There is no contact with PayPal, it is simply impossible to contact them, they transfer it to articles and that's it. What should I do, friends?

The funds would have been sent using the friends/family option as that is the only way funds can be sent to your country.
So which currency were they sent in?
Does it say on hold / pending or something else on your paypal account OR nothing at all showing?
What does it say on the senders paypal account?
Advice is voluntary.

They are writing to me : "We're permanently limiting your account. You can no longer use PayPal as we've decided to permanently limit your account after a review."
