I received a email saying "permanently limiting your account", I am wondering the reason because it only says"inconsistent with our User Agreement"? I use PayPal for online and instore shopping almost everyday, such as Amazon, Walgreens , cvs and Kroger etc, it's convenient because my friends also using PayPal. Even though it doesn't hold too much money on my account now, but I am so disappointed because I did nothing wrong and my account is being limited without any explanation!

I am in the same situation. Customer service phone # is a vicious loop. Paypal was a convenience. I can go via paper check for 99% of stuff instead of Paypal but I have one that Paypal IS the only way. Sometime last yr or so, I got bonus Paypal requests AND at that time spoke with a paypal agent and she simply deleted it and ALL WENT WELL. Now I can't get any answers from them or an explanation.
They better wake up and realize that for many, Paypal is a convenience and NOT a necessity.

Well, our situations are mirror images. At least on Ebay is can switch from Paypal to my credit card. I have just one contact where I really must use PAYPAL. I might just have to say good-bye to that one....

Just thought TOO BAD we can't get Paypal Customer Service to EMAIL us!!!!! just like your post found its way to my inbox!!
THAT just might be too nuch customer service for Paypal to handle!!!!

I was w/o phone and internet for 4 weeks! That was finally repaired, tho still awaiting another phone line to be repaired. I filed a complaint with Board of Public utilities for that.
Now with this one Paypal supplier of mine. I am hoping he also accepts credit card, I can use a virtual credit card (one time use). I am hoping he does. THAT will allow me to say bye-bye to Paypal. I will certainly miss their LACK of customer service...bigly. LOL!!!
Sometimes one just needs a moment to think..clearly to get to the solution.
