Hey.. my account is permanently limited withouth any issue. Iwas working with paypal for years and i get paid from campanies. Im sure that this suspention is done by mistake. I hope someone could helpe and i can provide any document for all my transactions. (Ref ID - PP-L-380167717444)
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
