Limited account business registration

Can someone please help me.

A week ago PayPal limited my account, until I provide a business registration document.

They stated in the email "If you are not a registered business, please let us know by email" but haven't told me where to email. I have send 10+ to the "no reply" email the initial one came from, dead end. I have called and never gotten through, I have used the support assistant every single day only to be told there are no support agents available, try again later.


I have funds sitting there that I can't transfer, I can't invoice people or continue working whilst I am being left hanging.

I can't even reach a real person to simply tell them that i'm not registered like they asked of me

 

Somebody PLEASE help. I have tried absolutely everything.
