Hi, Guys, I Have Like 25 Transaction on My PayPal Account. I Had 3 Problems With The Customers And Only 1 Was Right Because Of The Delivery Company. The Last Case That i Had It Was The Customer Didnt Received The Item, But After a Few Days He Was Receiving The Item. Today At Like 9 AM I Was Looking And They Decided In The Favor Of The Buyer Even I Sent Like 4 Photos That Truly Says That Is Delivered Already. How Can i Lift My Restriction, Because i Tried On Resolution Center And Didnt Receive a Favorable Answer. Thanks a Lot.

Paypal do not consider photos as proof of delivery of an item. They need to have a tracking number that proves delivery of the item to the buyers paypal registered account via an accepted courier/postal company.

 

If the limitation is temporary then you go to the resolution centre to resolve any issues.

If its a permanent ban then you can rarely appeal those but if you want to try then...............

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

I Had Already Sent To Them I Even Put Them a Link To Check It (It-s From DPD Romania), Insert Into The Purchase Like 2 Days After The Customer Paid, And Nothing Changed. It-s Not My First Time That I Sent, I Have Like 270 Deliveries in The EU (on Ebay) And I Had No Problems Until Now.
