The website and email told me 2 different thing,
first of all, they locked my account because i registered back when i was a minor, i am now 28, and only use paypal when i was at age 20+. When i was trying to change my name (submitted doc) they limited my account 'permanently'. So i got an email that said i CAN withdraw my money, but on the website they said they held my money for 180 days.
So i tried to withdraw, and...it works? But its actually not? They got denied everytime, and paypal keep eating the fee like its their goals.
If they wont let me withdraw my money, they shouldnt let me withdraw it. Eating up the fee, is just messed up.
