With more than 20,000 clients and 2,000 recurring subscribers every month, my account is operating quite successfully. Why was my account locked . Please revisit this for me as I believe there is a mistake.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
