Why des PayPal keep lying and holding my money for no reason, my PayPal account got limited for no reason I waited for 180 days as instructed, and I got a notification that I'm not eligible to withdraw my money and that I should submit a letter of Authorization which I did, but they keep rejecting it, I have submitted more than 14 letters with different and the account holders are united state that's where their account was created and there is nothing wrong with their account and there is no risk but you guys keep on rejecting and dying me of my money is that how heartless you guys operate on your platform
