I want to submit Public Guardian registered and solicitor certified Lasting Power of Attorney Finance for my son (me the attorney - he has a genetic learning and behaviour disability) in order to manage his account, generally, but in particular regarding to debts on the account. I have searched the help pages and can find nothing and the community pages and only found other people who also cannot solve this problem.
