LACK of assistence in PAYMENT DISPUTE

I made a payment on Paypal for a reservation on Booking that I never received. I timely contacted both Paypal and Booking byt both denied any assistence apart sending standardized mails or call center bl bla. Anyone can tell me how to obtain my money back? do I have to no chance than to sue them?

I am sorry to know about the dispute and you did not receive a refund for a claim. If you're not happy with the decision of the dispute, you can certainly appeal the outcome of a claim by selecting a closed case in the resolution center within 10 days from the dispute closed date. If there is new information that wasn't considered or submitted in your original claim. Here's the link to appeal.
