Item supposedly received not as described

I described a Lego described as in excellent condition, and sold it through paypal. When I shipped it was in excellent condition with photos etc. Now the buyer is saying they didn't receive it in that condition, that it was a damaged box and want a full refund. I told them that my terms of sale were public and that included no refunds, not responsible for damage via shipping. I asked for them to send me the photos of the box and they replied over a week later saying they are sending the photos.  they havn't yet sent them to me (after 2 days, 10 days or so total and still no photos). They threatened me with some legal thing that I misrepresented what I was selling. They are extremely slow to respond.  What are my options? I don't want to refund them, as they knew my terms of service. They are also a retailer, with the intent of just reselling my item.

Actually its your responsibility to package the item in such a way that the buyer receives it as you advertised it.

If I bought something and it was damaged in the post then i would expect a refund as well.

If you decide not to refund then the buyer can open a dispute for 'item received but not as described', if paypal find in their favour then you would have to issue a full refund however the buyer normally has to return the item back to you first.
