PayPal closed my case. It was closed as they said I didnt send information that was asked for which was to report the issue to the police or a gov dept. I did neither the police or gov dpt would take a report and they said it was a civil matter and was between the buyer and seller. This is the 2nd dispute I have had the other was the same a seller sent a cheap item PayPal resolved that 1 in my favour and I got 100% refund, in this issue I did what was asked by contacting the police and a gov dept and I answered the PayPal Qs exactly the same in both cases, why resolve one in my favour and not the other???
