so i shipped off a short shifter kit for a lexus is300. when the buyer received it the box had holes in it and everything came scratched and some pieces had slight bends. Everything is in working order, just has slight cosmetic damage that doesn’t effect the use of the item. i do feel bad and offered to give a partial refund. i just don’t really see it being my fault that the shipping company mishandled the package. also when he disputes for a refund how would that work since the item is still 100% functional?
