Issues with double charges to your customers

If you are having issues with double charges to your customers please contact me as I am going to file a class action lawsuit against PayPal. The issue is when customers check out they get an error message. The message says to refresh or try again later. When they refresh they get charged a second time. If they try again they get charged again. I have made several attempts to contact PP but their customer service line is terrible. I need people to join in the lawsuit. I had the same issue when I tried to use PayPal ShipStation app. See below. I refreshed and got charged twice. Even though I got an error message the shipping label was sent to me twice. I did another label and did not refresh and sure enough the label was sent to me anyway and I was only charged once. I have contacted PP several times, but they said they prioritized this to correct it, but after 2 weeks, there was no contact from them.

 

Every person who has been double charged confirmed that they got an error message and refreshed.

I am having the same problem, and I cannot get Paypal to fix this. Its actually like they are charging the "shipping" on the order again, which is weird because PayPal is only the portal, it is not calculating the shippint or making the charges.
