Issues with a seller, they keep offering partial refunds and have horrible online reviews

Hey, I purchased something online, and now the seller is causing issues in giving me a refund and they offering me a partial refund. I just want the full refund. I had a look online apparently they do this to alot of their customers, and just don't return the money even when they receive the clothes itself. I have placed a dispute with paypal but they want me to wait till next month y the time I would have already paid all the installments any suggestions on how I can stop my payments to this company and get my refund?

im very concerned that my one reason for being on paypal no longer exists. After 3 weeks of trying to get a refund for a dirty pillow they are saying they expect me to resolve with the seller amicably!

I understand you're both having difficulty obtaining a refund, and I'm sorry to hear that. You can find the instructions in our Help Center here if you have yet to file a dispute. In the event that you have already filed a dispute, please do not forget to escalate it before the 20-day timeframe is up. When a case is not escalated to a claim, it automatically closes and cannot be reopened. 

If you have escalated the dispute into a claim and it was not closed in your favor, you can contact Customer Support to request an appeal. Regrettably, if the case is not eligible for appeal, you would need to look into options outside of PayPal.
