Is this fake please?

Someone has claimed they paid me, I couldn’t see anything so they asked me to check my junk email and I’d got this - is it a scam please?

Sounds very much like a scam though, thats why they tell you to check your junk folder, cus they are sending out fake emails to hundreds at a time so it ends in junk.

No funds in your paypal account means you have not been paid, even if pending or on hold it would still SHOW in your paypal account balance/activity.
