I got a message from "<removed>" saying that "PayPal:Tanks for checking out with PayPal. Replay "Y" to confirm we have the right mobile number for yo. Msg&data rates may apply." However, I have never made a purchase through paypal. I checked my paypal account and there is no activities or notification. Is this a scam?
I understand that these type of messages can be confusing, however, this message looks like a spoof message. Appreciate your efforts for checking on your PayPal and notifications. If you don't find this information in your account, I recommend you to report SPAM SMS messages by contacting your service provider.
