I received this text earlier. Is it legit or is someone trying to get me to pay again?? "PAYPAL: Your payment of $50 to Chrystal <removed> has been refunded back to your account due to network issues and will be available shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience Thanks."

I'm sorry to hear that there's a text that you have received that may be fraudulent. Any time you receive an email or text that you are not expecting, the use of caution is advised. You can always log in to your account using a fresh browser window (without clicking any links) to see if the information you see there matches what you have received. If the payment does not show as refunded, the text is very likely not valid.
