Hi there, I’m new to PayPal for use between people I don’t know and trust.
I sold a gal an item for $100. then, a few hours later, she texted me saying that she accidentally paid me an additional $130 and can I please refund her the $130 ASAP.
for both, the transaction says completed, but
the funds haven’t transferred to my bank.
is it safe for me to refund her the Mooney? am concerned she knows more about how this all works than I do and there’s a way she will get $130 and my item.
