Is there anything I can do to retrieve the sent PayPal? I got scammed. Please help.

I was hoping to do a trade in a person. PayPal to Gcash. I sent the money to him on PayPal and he blocked me right away. Is there anything I can do to retrieve my money? The scammer's email is please help me report him. Thanks :((
