Is there any way to get help from PayPal?

Hi, our business account got restricted for no reason, probably just because we grew a lot since we opened our company in Switzerland (and opened a paypal account here too), for no reason we now have $3500 blocked for 180 days and no way to contact them since their support is only in german and we are in the Italian part of Switzerland.

We DO NOT violate any user agreement and our dispute % is like 0.15%,

now our cashflow is broken and we don't even have money to pay taxes thanks to this.

Is there any way to get help from PayPal? To get paypal up again?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then only customer services can help you.

However they don't ban you for 0 reason, that wouldn't be cost effective for them would it.

We made around $3500 in the first week, only 2 disputes.

We sell digital products and these are what i think the reasons are:

1) exponential grow

2) we sell digital products and the paypal agent that reviewed our acconunt didn't even understood what products we sell so just decided to press limit.
