Hi there, does anyone if second hand goods is covered by buyer protection and whether it's just second hand goods THAT ARE PICKED UP IN PERSON that are not covered?
Second hand goods are covered if it is significantly not as described or item not received. Any goods that are picked up is not covered for item not received except if you paid for the transaction in person by seller using PayPal’s goods and services QR code.
