I just checked my paypal account and saw that an account called "Paypal Europe S.a.r.l. et Cie S.C.A" has deducted money from my account on several occasions (around 170€ in total)!! I don't know this account and I'm very certain that I did not purchase any item online with these prices. Does anyone know what this account is and how I can get my money back?? I'm broke and can't believe this amount has disappeared from my account like that!

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
