Is an eBay Classified Ad for a Computer Protected by PayPal Will My Purchase be Protected?

I saw what looked like a good computer on eBay, however, it is a classified ad, not a regular auction or buy it now. I also see that there is no eBay buyer protection for classified ads.
If I buy this computer using my PayPal account and my linked debit cards, do I have any protection from PayPal?
What if I never get the computer? the computer arrives damaged, does not work, is stolen, or it is not the same computer as what was in the ad?
What recourse do I have? would I be able to get a full refund for the cost of the computer plus any shipping charges?

All that is covered in paypals buyer protection policy for you to read and risk assess your transactions.
You haven't said which country you are in so the link is U.S specific.

Remember buyer protection is not a 100% coverall so that is why you need to read up on it first and see if you are covered.
Also if you win a claim and return shipping costs would be down to you and you would need to send trackable to prove delivery back to the merchant or seller.
