I was trying to purchase something from a Korean clothing seller but they said that Korea does not have invoice and they can only send me a bill? I don't think this even makes sense since they want me to pay through Paypal bill. Regardless, if I pay through Paypal bill will I still be protected if they choose to attempt a scam (not send anything or send a different piece of clothing than purchased)? The bill they sent had the title of the garment of clothing I was trying to buy. Thanks for any help
