Invoice not being paid, is there anything I can do?

I completed a job for someone, agreed the price, and sent an invoice as requested, which they said they would get paid straight away. There were some flags going off well before this about this buyer but I had done work previously for them and it went ok. They are not paying and now not replying to messages. I have kept everything polite and professional and have evidence. Is there anything I can do? Can I open a case to get this paid? I can only see information for buyers about opening cases. Thanks

Sadly not, the idea is to get paid first when you use paypal.
Advice is voluntary.

Thanks. For work not selling products, I find it pretty common to do work and invoice, at least in my experience. Using a business account. So there is, unfortunately, no way to raise a dispute over invoice nonpayment? Only a 'buyer' can do this?
