I got an item in ebay on jan 2 via paypal, didn’t receive the product for past 2 months, I asked for refund, was initiated by the seller. 2 days back got email from paypal that the refund is complete but in bank account statements I see that instead of refund I got charged again. I waited for 2 days after seeing certain blogs suggested that I wait for a few days but to no help. Sad part is I cant raise a problem in the resolution centre on this transaction and paypal assistant is not helpful at all.
