I AM SO UPSET: My account was put on hold because I invoiced other parents at a school to help contribute to art supplies. Now I am being told I need to hire a lawyer to even get my money.

We are sorry to hear this. You would not need to hire legal representation in order to receive the funds on your PayPal account, and we would not tell a customer to do this.
