Hi, it would be much help, if paypal would notify the domicil (country) of the receiver, when you enter her or his emaila ddress. We all would have a great benefit by this. Everybody could check if the receiver conforms to the address she or him tells you. I had one case in which paypal showed me that the money I would sent would be transformed in another currency and I immediatly stopped the transfer because the receiver made me believe he would be living in the same country as I. No total safeness but one more information helping to make fraud more complicated.
