Individual account query

Hello all,

I am a new to PayPal. I have chosen Individual account. I am a freelancer and about to receive the payments from overseas customers. I do not want to go for business upgrade since it needs GST and all the details which I can not have. Overseas customer has paid some amount to PayPal but I have received the mail saying "open your account and go to resolution center to fix the issue". I have done the same but could not find anything.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
