Buyer bought add on blink camera , auction clearly stated this , then claims it wont work had its got missing parts , sent me a pic of what he recieved ( exactly what i sent him a d exactly what he bid on ) everything as described . The parts "missing" are the sync hub . Which weren't included in the auction . And PAYPAL find in his favour . WTAF !!

Paypal never sees the item you say you sent or the item the buyer says that they received.
So they tend to favour the buyer BUT that buyer normally has to return the item back to you first (trackable to prove delivery) before you have to refund.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
