Illegal harassments

I was trying to make good faith contact on my account that's overdue but apparently despite live chat being green and stating 24/7 availability the bot wont connect me and says it in fact is not available the phones are closed also is PayPal still in business and why is support such a mess that there are no working contact options? I have extenuating circumstances that require an explanation to a living being if that is still possible in the modern world please let me know before partaking in illegal behavior to collect your debts

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?

Funny how I'm suppose to cut them slack but get none for the awful fees imposed
