I paid 4000$ for a card, it showed up 2 days later than gps said! I filed dispute not received. It showed up and I noticed advertisement photo was photoshopped! It had huge crease in card= not worth 200$. Was gonna send and file dispute that item received was not as described. Before I could though, the police dept, my police dept in Iowa was executing a search warrant on me from a phone call from a seller in new york for stolen card! I get thrown in jail and cops illegally searched my home, violated my rights, and let the seller win dispute by keeping me in jail on 45,000$ cash bond! Iowa police just helped a fraud happen by a phone call! Can the police do this? PayPal should have been notified at least am I correct?
