I received an email that needs me to complete my identity confirmation. However, I lost my passport two(2) weeks ago and I don't have a driver's license and national ID yet.
Is there any way to submit a proof that I am legit? I have supporting documents such as; NBI, Company ID, TIN ID, etc.
Or is there other way to reach PayPal Customer Service? I send a message to compliance-apac but it says that the email address is no longer available.
