Instead of Wayfair the seller is a personal name and uses a Russian email server.I got no confirmation email or shipping information. It is so obvious that it was a scam(now I see that). Why is it so hard to get a refund? The seller hasn't responded and I don't see any way to cancel the order. Why doesn't paypal have a way to deal with this more efficiently?
