I was scammed and PayPal doesn't want to make them refund me

How can I upload all the correspondences to get PayPal to get the scammers to refund my money. I thought I was getting a house for rent. They say in the text messages that they're going to refund me and they still haven't.

Have you opened a dispute for services not received? You may not have buyer protection for a house rental but its worth trying.

That option would only be available if you used the goods/services option to pay and not the friends/family. If you used the latter then you negated any buyer protection and paypal would not be able to help you.
