I was charged twice two different amounts on my PayPal Mastercard for one gas purchase

I was traveling to my mom's house on Christmas Eve from Georgia to Texas I stopped at a Shell station and bought $51 and change worth of gas. I was charged for the $51 and another charge of $53.50 I have a Ford F-150 it only holds $60 for the gas I disputed the $51 charge and was denied because it said I provided my PIN number I wasn't sure which one I actually bought so now I want to dispute the $53.50 one but it won't let me

Your best bet is to phone either paypal customer services OR the number on the back of your card and sort the issue out directly?
