I want to get a divorce from PayPal

So, I had PayPal 20 years ago for protection against buying clothes and stuff on eBay. I haven’t used PayPal for 20 years and recently they’re sending me **bleep** emails wanting money, ‘protect your account’ your in danger etc. And it’s just getting right on my **bleep**. Just delete me. I can’t even frigging unsubscribe! Delete my personal details. I want no more emails please thanks
