I was recently apparently sent $3000, but the person who sent it to me claims i have to first add $50 to my own account, i feel like this is a scam but im sceptical since i've also only recently made my account.
Does anyone know if paypal withholds payments if accounts are newly-made and ifso does it come through automatically after a time period, or deposit into the account?
I will add an image of him showing "proof" that he has sent me $3000 dollars but i have to first add $50 to my own account
