I’ve been scammed how do I get a refund

I saw an advert on tik Tok for a product. I visited the link and purchased the product. Upon further research I realise the company is a scam and I want my money back. I’ve contacted the seller about this but have received no reply as expected. How will I be refunded? I need the money back

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

Anything else would be between you and the merchant to sort out as paypal can't cancel a completed payment.
