The buyer said that the PayPal account used to pay me was his fathers and that I should ship it to an address he has stated which was his accommodation. I have screenshots from our messages on Instagram. Will It be possible for me to get my money back?

Sadly you negated your seller protection by not sending to the paypal registered address of the buyer.
If they wanted it sent to an alternate address then they should have added a gift address to their fathers paypal account and selected that address during the payment process.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
