Hello, I need help so bad. My Paypal just got permanently deactivated, I tried resolving the issue as it was just limited before. My brother let me use his card for commissions; we agreed that he will just send me the money he got from invoices sent to me, but signing up for paypal business the personal info I submitted were mine. I think Paypal detected it as me trying to commit fraud. Is there any way I can still get my account back? I really need the income for commissions as I'm struggling so much. If there's a Paypal customer support here I can talk to clear things up and hopefully resolve some issues with my account... Thank you kindly.

You added another persons financial card to your personal legal financial paypal account and you are surprised you were banned???
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
